World Day Of Prayer

A World Day of Prayer service took place at the Salvation Army Hall in Aylesbury last Friday, 3rd March. There were 33 attendees including our own Musical Director, Derrick Matthews, who kindly played the piano for us.

It was good to meet and mix with congregation members of several other local denominations and very interesting to find out about the country of Taiwan and try some Taiwanese cake! A total of £290 was raised as an offering to the WDP movement.

Next year's service will be written by the women of Palestine, and the date for your diaries is Friday 1st March 2024.
