Big congratulations to Edith and Solo Awadzi who successfully completed the 5-mile Farewell Midnight Walk in aid of the Florence Nightingale Hospice charity, in memory of Adeline Tamakloe.
So far, they have raised £575 and counting. If you want to donate, you still can at their Just Giving page by clicking here.
Solo reported that the weather was cool, so the walk was enjoyable and full of fun on the way. He hopes that they didn't disturb the residents of Bedgrove! He also said, "We sincerely thank two of our church members who came out to cheer us up, holding a banner with our names on it!"
Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity is committed to funding over £1,000,000 of specialist palliative care services each year for patients across Buckinghamshire and its borders, both at Florence Nightingale Hospice in Aylesbury and in the community.
