URGENT REQUEST FOR HELP: FOOD HUB

Our AMC Food Hub brings relief and joy to around 20-25 people each Monday evening. These people do not represent our demographic and their challenges in life are, perhaps, not ones we share. We all have ‘issues’ though, and we all appreciate support and encouragement. In that sense we are all children of God, living as best we can as fallible and fallen human people. We know the love of God. And we want to share it through our actions of love for others.

That is rather a long preamble to say: WE NEED YOUR HELP. Otherwise, we are at risk of having to close.

We need gentle and kind people who can show up between 6 – 8pm at least once a month. People who like others, and enjoy connecting with them and sharing Gods love in a visible and practical way. We need to have four volunteers each evening (4x4 = 16 people per month.)

Please prayerfully consider how you can help. Maybe you could come along one evening just to see the Hub in action so you can better discern whether it is something God might be calling you to?
