Children's Work

The Vale of Aylesbury Methodist Circuit seeks to appoint a part-time Children's Work Enabler, working 20 hours per week, days to be agreed, with some flexibility needed.

This is a three-year fixed term appointment with an annual salary of £14,560.

We are looking for a part-time Children's Work Enabler to support the vision of the Circuit in engaging with children and families in the church and wider community.

Applicants must:

• Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Be a committed, practising Christian who is willing to understand and engage with Methodism
• Have excellent interpersonal skills with people of all ages
• Show awareness of issues concerning Safeguarding
• Be willing to be flexible with regard to working hours, including some evenings and weekends as necessary
• Have relevant experience of children or families, working in a paid or voluntary capacity
