This Easter Week

Our Maundy Thursday service, on the evening of March 28th at 6.30pm, will set our communion commemoration in the context of a meal. Bookings for this meal are now closed.

Our Good Friday service is open to all at 10.00am.

Our Easter Sunday begins with the fellowship of a full English breakfast, (pre-booked) served by the SOS group, with funds raised going to the Whitechapel Mission for the homeless in London.

Our Easter Sunday morning communion service at 10.30am is open to all and will be led by our minister, Rev. Richard Atkinson. You are invited to bring fresh flowers to decorate the Easter cross.

On Easter Sunday you will received an Easter Offering envelope. This is a tradition introduced many years ago by the women's movement in the Methodist church. The money collected forms a large part of the World Church budget, which at this moment is suffering a large fall in giving, meaning that some of the overseas work has to be curtailed. It is sad to think that Mission Partners have to be recalled from this valuable work. Please be as generous as you can.
