Our intrepid 81-year old church steward Derek Adams is off again. He is on the sixth leg of his charity fund-raising trek round the coast of Britain. In the previous five legs, he has trekked all the east coast up to the Orkneys and Shetlands, all the south coast and the west coast from Land's End to Cardiff, the starting point of Leg 6.
