Just as Prince Harry has bravely raised the topic of mental health, so too have the Girls' Brigade (GB) with a new video. Last month, koko (keep on keeping on), a multi-award winning blog for teenage girls, initiated by the Girls' Brigade launched Resilient, which looks at some of the issues surrounding mental health by sharing the experiences of two young women. koko Project Co-ordinator Meg Cannon said, "We really believe that it has the potential to bring a sense of hope and encouragement to those facing challenges with their mental health."
