Jennie Torpey: February 2020
For Lent this year, we shall be supporting Christian Aid. 'Count your Blessings 2020' booklets are in the display cabinet in the Welcome Space if you would like to give one to a friend or another family.
Each week there is a mixture of daily reflections, prayers, opportunities to act, and occasionally also to give a donation. At the end of Lent, you will be able to send your donations directly to Christian Aid, either by cheque, credit/debit card, or online, OR you can give them to Jennie or Maureen to send all together. Information is at the back of the booklet, as well as a Gift Aid form. If you pay tax please consider completing the form, as this will increase your donation to Christian Aid by 25% at no cost to yourself!
