Joy Murphy: July 2019
We're having a good week on the Karibuni stall and had to have extra rucksacks and other bags brought when David Neville and others came from the Circuit for Donna Marie's Ordination. That was a great event — wonderful to see Donna and the other ordinands taking communion with their families, from Lord Rev Dr Leslie Griffiths.
I've been in to some of the debates, especially the morning on relationships, etc. it was very moving and I became even more aware of the deep pain so many people are suffering as a result of previous — and some present — attitudes. Apart from that, we're doing well for Karibuni, both on sales and 'spreading the word'.
