Friday Food

Supported by last week's Church Council, plans are going well for serving a meal to homeless/vulnerable adults in Aylesbury. We hope to be start early November in The Welcome Space. We now need willing volunteers to cook the meal. It involves making and cooking, in your own home, a simple dish such as cottage pie, casserole, toad in the hole, chilli, curry (not spicy), etc. for about 6-8 people. Then arrange to get it to the Welcome Space by 5pm on your evening. (If you can't bring it, we will collect it from you). Some will donate their ingredients; others can ask to be reimbursed — do keep your receipts. Please let Karen Crussell, Jennie Torpey or Peter Green know if you are able to help.
