A Youth Exchange First

Home » News » A Youth Exchange First

The UK's longest running club to club youth exchange has been hit by the coronavirus. This is the first year since the exchange began in 1963 that there will be no exchange visit between young people from our church and circuit and the youngsters from T.u.S. 05 Daun, the German sports club in the picturesque Eifel area, nestling between the rivers Rhine and Mosel.

Alas, exchange leader Vivienne Kemp announced that this year's exchange has had to be cancelled because of Covid-19 — the first time this has happened in 56 years.
