A Big Voice (Tunes for Toddlers - 0-5years)

Aylesbury Methodist Church, Buckingham Street, Tuesdays 11.30am to 1pm in the church coffee bar.

A Big Voice offers structured music classes that encourge bumps, babies and toddlers to interact with each other through music and song and learn about the world around whilst bonding with their parents.

Singing and Performance Coach Maria (pictured left) says, "We take them on a magical musical/sensory journey which is designed to encourage early interaction, social skills, intensive listening, heightened concentration and enhanced memory. We sing a wide variety of rhyming and rhythmic songs, which help with vocabulary and mathematical understanding.

"We play singing games, use musical instruments and enjoy singing nursery rhymes together. Dance and movement activities are explored and encouraged through copying 'action songs' which develop their motor skills."The skills they learn are not only invaluable for enjoying music but for all aspects of their learning, creativity and ongoing development."
